The terms and conditions below may be changed with the agreement of both the customers and Sparkle n Shine Carpet and Home Deep Cleaning
Note: The words You or your means the customer and we, us or our means Sparkle n Shine Carpet and Home Deep Cleaning
By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
A: QUOTES AND PRICES
A.1. Any quotes given over the phone, by email, in person or shown on our website are valid only for the described property.
A.2. All prices provided by us do include materials and equipment.
A.3. Access to the electricity and water must be provided by the customer.
A.4. If only carpet cleaning is booked, there is £75 minimum charge.
A.5. There will be £15 additional cost if we must collect the keys and return them to a different address than the property address cleaned.
A.6. Quotes are based on estimated times. If a clean takes longer than planned due to unforeseen circumstances the price may increase slightly.
PAYMENTS
B.1. We accept payment vie cash or bank transfer upon completion of the work.
B.2. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to your clean, then a 25% fee will be added to your next booking.
INSURANCE
C.1. Sparkle n Shine Carpet and Gome Deep Cleaning has Public Liability Insurance, The Policy Covers any Accidental Damage caused by Us up to the value of £1,000,000, If Valid and Reported on Completion of the Clean.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
D.1. Customer is not entitled to any refund but may be entitled to a free re clean Under the following conditions:
– If a Task is not Completed that was requested at the time of Booking, given Sufficient time was Allowed.
– If the Customer Reports any issues within 48 hours of the Service being Carried out.
– If not Completely satisfied with a Service, we will return to Re-Clean any Areas where possible to do so.
– We do not have a refund policy once the service has been provided.
– We will not guarantee a re-clean if the property has been accessed by anyone after the clean except the owner.
ACCESS
E.1. It is your responsibility to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If keys are provided, they must open and close all locks without any special efforts or skills. Failure to provide access to the property is subject to a £30.00 fee.
